This Policy explains how VeyraDesk uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, let a site keep small amounts of information on your device. In this Policy, “cookies” covers both.
2. Essential technologies
These are needed for VeyraDesk to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. The public website currently does not set any cookies of its own. Our hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical cookies, for example for load balancing or protection against abuse.
3. Authentication and session storage
When you sign in to the VeyraDesk application, we store your sign-in tokens and basic account details (such as your name and role) in your browser’s local storage under the key veyradesk.auth, so that you stay signed in as you move between pages. This information is removed when you sign out. It is used only to provide the service and is not used for advertising.
4. Analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies or third-party analytics tools on the VeyraDesk website. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Marketing cookies
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place them through our website.
6. Managing cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you block or clear essential storage, you will be signed out of VeyraDesk and may not be able to use the application.
